Free Intro

This is a no-sweat, no commitment introduction to weightlifting. Schedule a time, and you and Jordan (owner/head coach) will meet for up to 30 minutes. Covered in this session are a basic outline of what your training would look like for your specific goals, as there are many different options based on the demands of each member. Also covered during this time are expectations of the athlete, competitions, and use of the TrueCoach app, which is the platform all remote coaching and programming will take place in.
