Club Programming

This program is our base rate, and is individualized for each athlete based on their goals. You will get assigned a coach for in-person or remote coaching, and receive coaching through our coaching app!

This option is for members younger than 17, and can start as early as ages 8-10. This is also available at the flat club member rate, and is geared towards developing overall athletic and physical skills.

This option is best for those who are looking to supplement their sport specific training with a program designed around improving the physical qualities necessary for that sport. For those who are intent on making as much progress as possible, this option will be personally tailored to each athlete, specifically targeting weaknesses and improving them.

Group Class Program

Our “jack of all trades” program! This program is an hour long, daily functional fitness program! There will be elements of lots of different fitness elements in this program, strongman, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, cardio, HIIT training, circuits, gymnastics, and many others.
Class times are MTWF, 6 AM, 12:30 PM, 5:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM!
