Club Programming

This comes in two variations, you will be assigned one based on a coach’s assessment of your ability and your ability level in your weight class. Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert level club programming will be available for all at the flat club member rate. The beginner option is easily do-able with other fitness programming simultaneously.

Your Progress

Club programming focuses on Olympic Weightlifting, but that doesn’t mean it will neglect general athletic development. Programming will all include elements from GPP to Peaking, developing complete athletes on our route to bigger totals. Not only will you get stronger, but you will become more explosive, more coordinated, and increase your general work capacity.

Team Atmosphere

Our location is a well of positive energy. Encouraging words, support, and welcoming arms are all readily available from coaches or members at our gym. On top of that, a competitive atmosphere with several high-level and capable weightlifters is already present; there will be no problem finding individuals to push you to get better.
