LBC GroupFit!

If you are interested in our General Fitness Group Classes, read below or check out our LBC GroupFit button/header at the top of the page.

Class Times: Weekdays: 9 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM

These classes are an hour long and are a great general program that includes some strength, some cardio, some athletic development/plyometrics, and some gymnastics. They are a great “be in good shape” program that doesn’t specialize in any way, but instead makes you a fitness “jack of all trades”!

New to Olympic Weightlifting?

If you want to get started weightlifting, talk to Coach Jordan about your options, or just learn more about Olympic weightlifting, you’re in the right place.

Been There, Done That?

You don’t need the intro, you eat snatches for breakfast, and you clean and jerk for kicks and giggles. Why should you choose to train at Lowcountry Barbell Club?

What members are saying:

I’ve laughed in my coaches face saying “I can’t do that!” Then I end up doing it! I’m constantly learning, being pushed and getting stronger! It’s what I needed!

In one year, I watched my child transition physically and psychologically. Jordan taught him about fortitude and consistency.

He truly understands how important lifting is to older athletes and their bodies, but more importantly is invested in each every one of his customers and their well-being.
